Rosemary has three main therapeutic properties: 1, it is a powerful antioxidant with immune modulating properties*. 2, it possesses extra-hepatic estrogen breakdown effects*. 3, it may enhance cognitive ability. Rosemary has been shown to possess antimicrobial properties, in one study it inhibited the adherence ability and biofilm development of Candida albicans and C. tropicalis*.
